Order Cancellation

All orders can be canceled by the buyer before they enter production.
If your order has been paid for and you need to make a change or cancel it, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once production begins, the order can no longer be canceled.


Refunds

Your satisfaction is our top priority.
If you would like a refund or replacement, you can submit a request to our support team.

You are eligible for a refund or reshipment if:

  • You did not receive your order within 45 days (excluding the 7-day production time).
  • You received the wrong item, or the product arrived defective or damaged.
  • You no longer want the item you received — however, you must return the product at your own expense, and the item must be unused and in its original condition.

Please understand that delays caused by factors beyond our control (such as incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, postal delays due to natural disasters, war, epidemics, or local holidays) are not eligible for refunds.

Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal) within 24 hours.

Please note: Depending on your payment provider, a transaction fee of up to 5% may apply. This fee is not charged by us.


Returns & Exchanges

If, for any reason, you wish to exchange your item (for example, for a different size or color), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll guide you through the process.
After 7 days from delivery, we can no longer accept return or refund requests.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we have authorized you to do so.
If a return is approved, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
